I know we are all planning our New Year bodies, well I am and you should too. The New Year is the perfect time to set goals and getting fitter is always on my list. Staying fit is a continuous work in progress and it’s a worthy price to pay for looking and feeling good.

Aside from keeping fit, one of my New Year resolutions is keeping you updated with the latest scoop on Dubai’s food and fitness scene. Fit Lab at Dubai Creek Golf & yacht club have launched PiYo, a low impact body weight workout class. It is supposed to be a unique, total body-conditioning workout inspired by the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates and the strength and flexibility training of yoga. Which sounds like an amazing blend! No need for excessive jumping and grunting. Its every girl’s dream as you can still look pretty while your work out. It uses effective but low-impact moves to create a total body workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and defined. Amen.

The other classes offered at the club include but are not limited to Boxing Fitness, Circuit Training and TRX Suspension training, Kettle bells, Olympic Lifting, Golf Swing Performance and Personal training in 10, 20 and 30 session programs with discounts for members.
