If you’re about this fitfam life, you know that grilled chicken is a life line. Protein packed lean meat is essential to bulking and building muscle, but I’m sure we all agree that eating chicken breasts all day everyday can quickly become a bore. I constantly find myself trying new things with chicken breasts to overcome this.
Today, I’ve marinated it with Nando’s wild herb sauce, freshly squeezed lime juice, knorr chicken seasoning and chlli powder. This marinade is BOMB. You heard it here first.
I like to marinate my chicken breasts overnight in the fridge so the meat absorbs all that flavour. If you don’t have that luxury, 2-3 hours will be just fine.
Prep your grill and cook each side till done. 10-15 minutes depending on the size of your breasts. Don’t forget to flip every 3 minutes.
Serve with salsa, rice or potatoes.
