You gotta love tuna! And well, if you don’t? Don’t worry this recipe will change your mind.
Directions
In a large bowl mix the chilli, ginger, garlic, lime juice, pineapple, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Place a pan over medium-high heat and coat lightly with olive oil. Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Lay the seasoned fish in the hot pan and sear for 1 minute on each side. Pour the pineapple mixture into the pan and cook till a thick sauce form. Remove tuna and stir in spinach. Taste and season as desired. Served with crushed walnuts and veggies of your choice.
