Happy 43rd National Day to the UAE! Most of the country has had a huge chunk of this week off and I’m not excluded. I’ve spent most of my holiday doing nothing and it feels so good. The importance of “chill time” cannot be overrated, particularly as I’ve been feeling overworked as the end of the semester approaches *Bleh*. Anyway let’s talk food, this post is more like an idea than a recipe, I’m trying to create a list of tasty appetisers for my friends bridal shower which I’ll be catering for this weekend. (Look out for that post). I absolutely love creating appetizers, they leave a lot of room for creativity and they are so small and cute! You will love this one because the combination of the tangy, creamy beetroot slaw, the tender, succulent, seasoned salmon and the crunch sweetness of that walnut will leave your mouth busting with flavour. You’ll want to gobble up the entire platter!
Here are links to similar recipes so you can recreate this for yourself. If you’d like to know my step by method and recipes, do leave a comment and I’d be happy to oblige.
