Here is a quick smoothie recipe I posted on my Instagram page earlier sometime last week. I love making smoothie bowls in the morning because it literally a mindless process, all you have to do is throw in all your ingredients in a blender and you’ll have a yummy filling breakfast on your hands. The hardest thing you have to do it figure out what topping you’ll have. I’m not a crazy big on chocolate but once in a while I crave it and this was one of those moments! Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1 tbsp. Cacao powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
Directions
- Blend in a high-speed till you get a nice creamy delicious mush. Top as you like and take a quick pic before it melts like mine did.
