I’m back with another quick and simple recipe I’m absolutely sure you’ll love because, welI….I do. If you’re anything like me, you’re always on the hunt for time savers in everything you do. I cook a whole lot and I having shortcuts is the only way I remain sane. This recipe is first in what I’ll eventually call my “No-wash” series. You cook in a piece of foil and you eat in that piece of foil. Dish washing time eliminated. BOOM!
It’s a deliciously moist and flaky salmon, cooked with fresh lemon, lime, chill and dill. Did I hear Thai? Actually now that I think about it, some coconut milk in this would be so bomb, but you know what? I’ll leave y’all to try it.
Feel free to mix up the flavors as you like, and let me know how it goes! Check out my 30-Day Paleo challenge for more recipes like this.
