I love salads because you can add a little bit of everything and have a healthy, nutritious and complete meal. This recipe is a case in point, it solely composed of left overs!  The perfect salad is a balance between sweet, savoury and everything in between. You can create yours using my guideline below.

Directions

Mix it all together and you are done!

Ingredients 

1 cup Savory – Leftover steak, Grilled asparagus, Grilled corn

1cup Leafy – Lettuce

¼ cup Crunchy – Crushed walnuts

¼ cup Salty – Feta cheese

¼ cup Sweet – Blueberries

¼ Tangy – Grapefruit
