The Noodle House Launches New Menu

Noodle House is a homegrown favorite, with over seven branches open across Dubai as a Dubai resident, you’ve most likely visited at least once. With everything from noodle salads to noodle soups; it is one of my favorite places to eat out. The food is always fresh, light and spicy just the way I like it.

Chef Wok

In August, Noodle House launched a new menu and I was invited with a few other bloggers to preview it. It was a fab night out, starting with an interactive dumpling making session with the executive Chef Taufik Sutisna, we got the chance to make our own dim sums in the Noodle House kitchen.

The tasting session commenced shortly after that. It was a mouthwatering sight of Gado Gado an Indonesian mixed-vegetable salad with egg, peanut dressing and prawn cracker garnish, Prawn Satay; chargrilled prawns, with red curry sauce and sticky rice cake alongside other appetizing dishes.

Singaporean Curry Laksa

While the menu still hosts some old favorites like the Singaporean Roast, Wasabi prawns and the Thai Green Curry the new additions are very welcome. My favorite was defiantly the Singaporean Curry Laksa, noodles with chicken, prawns and a tofu fish ball. It was a spicy noodle soup, with a dreamy creamy coconut milk base, very delicious.

I asked two of the bloggers Emma of DeliciousDxb.com and Sana of SanaonFood to share their own experience. Here is what they had to say.

“I have to say the Noodle House has won over a new, regular customer with me. The new dishes on the new menu are fantastic and so full of flavor. You can tell a lot of passion has gone into balancing each of the spices perfectly. The Nasi Goreng was a personal highlight and was easily on par with ones I have eaten across Indonesia.”Emma Hall Phelan

“The new menu launch event at Noodle House turned out to be fab and especially for a spice lover like me. Enjoyed the spicy Tom Yam Gong and the Wasabi Prawns. I also enjoyed the experience of the interactive session we had with the chef. It exposed all the the hardwork invested in each dish. It was quite interesting to see behind the kitchen and yes I learned how to make dim sums. Hopefully I can become a pro one day. We just got to try a few dishes from the new range and I can’t wait to be back to try the other innovative dishes.”Sana
