So as some of you may know, for the past month I’ve been working with a personal trainer. It’s been an eye opening experience and I can’t overemphasize the benefits of having a coach. First with my triathlon training with Omar from Gostrong and now with Lenge who is also my dance partner and a certified PT.
We’ve had a lot of fun with my training program and I can definitely can feel myself getting stronger and Beyonce-r. My legs are finally leaning out and my abs don’t peek anymore, you see them clearly. Is my summer body ready? Hell yeah!
My training has included a mix of power training and functional training, as well as some body build workouts for my upper body. This tyre workout is one of my favs so far, as it’s a full body and the movements are dynamic.
